Payment

We use industry-standard SSL-encryption to protect data transmissions. We use PayPal for making your online purchasing secure and easy. When you proceed with making your online purchase, you will be transferred to the PayPal site where your transaction will be processed. PayPal offers multiple ways to pay. You don't need a PayPal account to purchase if you want to do a one time purchase through PayPal. If you plan to use it on some frequency, it’s quick and free to setup an account.

Returns and Exchanges:

We expect you’ll be very happy with your purchase. In the case you wish to return it for exchange or refund, returns must be pre-approved and are accepted within 30 days of payment date. Returned items must be in original packaging and unused. Once an item has been used it can not be returned or refunded.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges are the buyers responsibility. We recommend insuring returns for full value as it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure safe deliver to Compact Camping Concepts. We do not accept C.O.D. returns. Returned merchandise will be inspected before issuing a refund or exchange. A refund will be processed (less original shipping and handling costs) to your PayPal account 7 to 14 days after we receive the returned product.

For product exchanges, item(s) must be returned unused and in resaleable condition (as outlined above). A written explanation of the exchange with your contact info, including an original purchase receipt must accompany the product. Any additional expenses and/or shipping charges will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Privacy and Use of Personal Information: We collect personal information in order to supply you with the products or services you request, process payment, communicate with you and comply with any requirements of law. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for commercial purposes. We may disclose personal information to our staff and to third parties involved in the completion of your transaction, the delivery of your order, and the analysis and support of your use of the Sites.

We may disclose your first name and your state when including project information / photos that you have submitted on the web-site or to our blog.

We may disclose personal information if necessary to protect our legal rights, if the information relates to actual or threatened harmful conduct, or we have good faith belief that such action is necessary to (1) conform to the requirements of law or comply with governmental orders, court orders, or legal process served on us or (2) to protect and defend our property or other rights, the users of the Sites or the public.

We use personal information to send email for order confirmations and email order updates to you after you have submitted an order. Email may be used from time to time to share marketing and promotional information. If at any time you would like to stop future delivery of promotional email, please contact us.
